A. Sutton Pipelines Ltd has undertaken  from construction phase a number of pipeline schemes with diameters ranging from 80mm to 600mm, materials used vary from PE, DI, PVCu & PCC to name but a few. ASPL has never had a pressure test failure on any pipe work laid or welded and installed by our fully competent workforce. All our pipe work passes pressure tests  first time. ASPL can also offer a full design/build and commission service. As well as the completions above we also undertake reactive sewer repairs for Severn Trent Water, this contract has been with ASPL for the last 2 years. 

	The installation of this 16bar 450mm PE SDR 11 PE pipe work was laid for North Midlands Construction on behalf of Severn Trent Water's AMP4 rising main upgrade programme. The 450mm was laid in some locations directly on top of the 15" CI existing due to the proximity of other utilities. The existing pumping main was structurally unsound so laying on top of the existing route was "high risk", this method statement and associated risk assessment's were briefed to each worker on site and feedback from the men was considered. The total scheme was approx 750m. The programme of works was set by NMC and the ASPL men finished the asset, pressure tested and commissioned the new pipe 3 weeks ahead of schedule and 20% under budget. This allowed STW to remove the asset from its "at risk" register over the Christmas period.
	Groundworks and reinstatements are part of ASPL's regular daily activities. We have undertaken and supplied labour for many reinstatement schemes such as Blenheim Business Park, Notttingham. The Kings Mill Hospital Project, Mansfield. Numerous car parks and driveways. ASPL has recently tendered a scheme from the UK Sports Council to reform and resite and BMX track in Woodhouse, Nottinghamshire.  As well as individual schemes ASPL have contracts with Severn Trent Water to repair and maintain street furniture on AMP4 coded works.
	Installation of sewers (private & public) is a regular undertaking of ASPL. Contact us for a quote. We have fully qualified men working on this type of activity daily and scored maximum points on our KPI's for our main Client, North Midlands Construction.
	Pipework laid at a sewerage treatment plant near Burton on Trent. Skilled men supplied to Norwest Holst to carry out the installation, associated connections and pressure testing of 2x 500m of 180mm DI Stantyte pipeline. Also lay 2x 250m of 225 PE fully welded system and pressure test. Install 40m of 600 DI pipe to engineers levels. All men supplied were CSCS trained in L2 NVQ's. ASPL is aware of the need for fully qualified experienced men working on specific pipeline materials.
	To traffic manage, quantify fittings from approved designs and provide 2 x pipebursting teams, 2 x open cut teams and 4 x T/H teams to work on the Enterprise Plc / Three Valleys Water pipeline rehabilitation programme. ASPL laid 3200m of 100 PE pipe through some of the busiest streets in Wembley, North London.
